Headers included in the sort due to the Header Row option not selected.
Cause:
Header row has been included in the range because the 'Header Row' option has not been selected in the 'My List Has' group.
Solution:
In the 'Sort' dialog box, indicate the selected range has a header row.
1) Select the range to sort.
2) Select the 'Data' menu and select 'Sort...'.
3) Select the 'Header Row' radio button in the 'My List Has' group.
